We provided print ready artwork to this company to produce can coolers (Koozies). We received a mockup of what it would look like and we approved it. When we received the product, it was printed very poorly. So much so, that our client rejected it. I contacted Totally Promotional and included pictures of the a side by side comparison of the mockup that they provided along with the final product.
Totally Promotional said they will not refund us the the inferior product, and only offered us a discount. We are a screen printing company, and we would never let our clients down like this.
They're total lack of quality control is appalling and their disregard for providing outstanding customer service is totally unprofessional.
I will never use this company again, I'm leaving reviews on ALL review platforms. In addition, I'll be filing a claim with my credit card company for a charge back as well as filing a claim here on the BBB.
Buyer beware, their quality is subpar, and customer service is subpar as well!
their response will along the lines of "I agreed to their terms & conditions of warranty/returns when I checked out" However, they produced a defective product to begin with
All looked good!
When shipped 2 mungs were broken, placed a claim waiting for the follow up

Excellent service and the product was delivered on spec with the proof.
Cups came out great. Delivery on time. Unfortunately 1 cup arrived cracked and unusable.
The bottles look great and Emily did a great job bringing my vision to life especially my I saw the mock up of my original design and knew it needed something more. Cant wait to give it out as favors at our wedding.

Ordered mugs and koozies from them because we had used them before. Uploaded new artwork this time around, as we had rebranded. They changed the artwork without notifying me and I did not initially notice when I approved the proof. Every other company I have ever worked with explicitly states when they make changes to the artwork. However I did approve the proof, so that is on me. When I received the order, I noticed that the print color on the mugs is nowhere near the color it was supposed to be. It looks like they needed to do a double pass or a white underlay, which they did not. I reached out to them and they replied, no, it is the right color. Fast forward 3 months, The mugs have been sitting in my office doing nothing, so we decide to start using them in house. One month later, after minimal use and hand washing, the print begins to fall off. I reach out to them again and they respond with. "out of warranty" Terrible Customer Service, and don't stand behind their work.
Our experience from start to finish was seamless. The customer service was very helpful and set up was easy. We had beach bags with our logo printed on them for our AirBnB condo as host gifts. The bags are of great quality and the printing of our logo on the bags look awesome! I'm glad we found your company and will come continue on using your services!
We received our lanyards with the carabiners and company logo. It is a great quality product and delivered exactly as requested.
